Yesterday we picked up the large “week” bags from the printer and delivered them to the manufacturing facility. At this point, there’s very little left to do. 
- They still need to do some quality control tests of the full recipe stack to make sure it tastes the way it should.
- I need to sample the tests.
- If there are problems, re-test.
