I'm local to Utah, can I pick up my order?
Yes indeed! If you live within about 50 miles of our Draper Facility, you’ll see a Local Pickup option during checkout. If you live further than that and want to make the drive anyway, you can trick the system by using our address as your shipping address!

We’re open Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. We hold local pickup orders for two business weeks.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with Keto Chow. We love it and think you’ll love it too. However, we realize that isn’t always the case. If you have any questions, please contact us.
If you’ve never tried a flavor, or are otherwise uncertain you will like a flavor, order a single meal if possible!
- Unopened products shipped within 30 days are eligible for return. The return doesn’t need to be complete in the 30-day window, you just need to contact us before the 30 days expire.
- If the original package/box we shipped to you is still unopened (tape uncut), we can usually have the carrier return it to us at no cost. Please contact us ASAP so we can get that going.
- If a flavor you received isn’t something you like, or you simply do not want the Keto Chow products from your order, please contact us.
- Returned items will be refunded as a store credit to your Keto Chow Rewards account, once we receive and check the returned product.
Replacement Policy: It’s not your fault if a product arrives damaged or defective. Don’t sweat it! We’ll take care of you.
- If a product is damaged in transit, the protocol may vary depending on the carrier. Please contact us for more information.
- If a product is defective, please take photographs and contact us by replying to your order confirmation email for a replacement.
Holidays - days we are closed
Carriers do not come to collect shipments from our warehouse on the following holidays. Additionally, our warehouse and storefront are closed for six major holidays, which are indicated below.
