Well, my ketones are up but I also had dinner with the family yesterday.
(Dinner consisted of split chicken breasts with ham and swiss inside, wrapped in bacon and then dipped in eggs and Parmesan cheese.) That was enough salt for me to gain a bunch of water weight. That’ll come out eventually but looks real bad on the scale right now.
