1. HighKey

These cookies are my top pick for a few reasons. They use good ingredients (nothing too questionable), they’re widely available, they taste fantastic, and they have the perfect crumbly texture. However, as with any treat, portion control is key, so make sure you pay attention to how much you’re eating. At around 1-2 net carbs per serving, they’re a great option when you want something sweet and want it quick!

2. Quest

If you’re looking for a chewier cookie, Quest is a good option. I like the taste and texture of this brand—and the generous size always feels like a bonus! These cookies are known for their higher fiber content, which raises their total carb content, so that’s something to be aware of. Their larger size also means you’re in for a satisfying treat.

They do tend to be slightly higher in carbs than some options, with around 4-5 net carbs per serving.

3. Fat Snax

For those who prioritize clean ingredients and enjoy a crumbly texture, Fat Snax cookies are worth a try. One of my favorite things about this brand is that they don’t play what I call “the fiber game”—adding extra fiber so that the net carbs are lower. They also tend to be larger in size, offering a more substantial snack for around 1-2 net carbs per serving.

4. Perfect Keto

At 2-3 net carbs per serving, these cookies are not the highest carb on my list, but the taste is definitely not my favorite either, but that’s a personal view. They’re still a good option to keep you on track while you get your sweet fix though!

5. Lenny & Larry’s

Although Lenny & Larry’s cookies might seem tempting due to their larger size, I really don’t recommend them. First things first: it’s important to know that only one line of their cookies is marketed as keto. (Their famous “Complete Cookie” for example is not.)

So for the purposes of this blog post, I am only talking specifically about their “Keto Cookie” line, which comes in two flavors. They have 3 net carbs per serving, which isn’t bad, but their ingredients are definitely more questionable than the other brands I’ve placed higher on my list.

They’re certainly the option I’d choose over a traditional carb-y cookie, but for me, there are tastier and healthier options I’d rather reach for.

6. ROSETTE’S

While ROSETTE’S doesn’t offer pre-made cookies, their cookie mixes are absolutely delicious. One of the best flavors is the pistachio shortbread cookie mix.

Regardless of what brands you find become your fast favorites, remember that moderation remains key to staying on track with your ketogenic journey. Enjoy your keto cookies wisely!
