We recently published our 6 month analysis of Top Keto Chow Flavors, and it’s time to do one for SALTT as well! We introduced The SALTT Electrolyte Drink Mix (hereafter just “SALTT”) on December 27, 2023 – just over a year ago – check out this blog post for more info on why we made our own flavored electrolytes, and this post on why we do NOT use maltodextrin in our flavors.
The following figures are for the entire year of 2024, excluding the 3 new flavors we launched in November (we’ll add those at a later time when they have been around longer): Groovy Grapefruit, Lemon Lime Twist, and Cherry Chill (you can get all 3 of those in our 5 pack sampler BTW).

First off: people REALLY like SALTT in the variety packs. Those packs represent almost 62% of the sales of SALTT alone! If you include the 30 count variety packs in the percentage, the “All Things Fruit” and “All the Things” absolutely dominate the sales. Interestingly, the Clean Slate (no flavor, no sweetener, perfect for Carnivore!) is the highest selling individual 30 pack. Honestly we always planned to do Clean Slate but when we made the original order for SALTT in mid-2023, we totally forgot to order Clean Slate and had to add it the next day! In the coming months we will be revising the variety packs and adding the 3 new flavors, doing that requires us to print new packaging so it’s taking a bit.
If we ignore the variety packs, but still look at sales of the 30 packs, it’s easy to see the individual flavor winners: Clean Slate, Booyah Berry, Endless Summer, Cocoa Loco, Zesty Orange. I was actually surprised that Citrus Splash was as high as it is! The strong “zesty” flavor of Citrus Splash has been pretty divisive with some people REALLY liking it, and others questioning our sanity =) It should be noted that we are planning to discontinue Citrus Splash and replace it with the new Lemon Lime Twist – if you’re a super fan of Citrus Splash, get it while you can!
Finally we come to how the individual flavor packets sold, inside of a variety pack, or not. The statistics are HEAVILY influenced by the contents of the variety packs, with the flavors that have higher quantities in the “All things” and “All things Fruit” taking a larger percentage.
