Ingredients

brown erythritol blend

sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
Cream together butter and sweetener.
Add eggs and mix. Add pumpkin and vanilla, then mix again.
Mix dry ingredients together in another bowl. Slowly add dry ingredients to liquid. Mix thoroughly.
Bake 12-15 minutes at 375*. Makes about 30 cookies.

Notes:
Baking for 12 minutes results in a very soft pumpkin chocolate chip cookie similar to a store bought cookie.
