Classic Keto Peanut Butter Cups

Equipment

candy molds or ice cube trays

Ingredients

1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter
1/2 stick unsalted butter softened (2 oz.)
1 serving Chocolate Peanut Butter Keto Chow (or 1 scoop)
1 tsp powdered sweetener
8 oz. sugar free chocolate
1 Tbsp. coconut oil

Instructions

Combine the peanut butter, butter, Keto Chow and powdered sweetener in a medium mixing bowl. Mix with an electric mixer until fully combined.
Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and mix together.
Line each cavity in your candy trays with chocolate and allow to set in the freezer.
When the chocolate is set, add about a teaspoon of the peanut butter filling to each cavity. Cover with more chocolate and return to the freezer to set.
When they are firm, pop out of the molds and place in a container.
