Cream together butter, eggs, vanilla and erythritol.
Add your chosen flavor of Keto Chow and mix well.
Add to an 8x8 pan lined with parchment and grease.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Drizzle
While blondies are baking, melt butter over medium high heat.
Once boiling stir frequently until it turns amber (brown butter)
Remove from the heat and add white chocolate chips.
Stir until the chips melt completely.
Cool white chocolate sauce in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes and then drizzle over blondies and let it set for about 30 minutes. You can refrigerate to set the chocolate faster if you wish.
Notes
*This is very sweet so start with ⅛ cup erythritol and taste, then add more if desired. For a more custard taste, use ¼ cup brown erythritol in place of granulated erythritol.
