For most of us, lunch is a meal that needs to be especially quick and convenient. When you’re working in the office or at school all day, you can’t exactly settle in for a cooking session…

The meals we’ve picked on this list had to meet two criteria. They had to be lunchbox-friendly (a.k.a. travel-friendly), and they needed to reheat well in the microwave. They all also come together easily the night before, and make for great leftovers.
