Down 95 lbs over a 2 year period. Started with keto, added IF about 2 months in. Goal 1 was to lose 50lbs, and then I started to work out 1-4x a week. I have a busy schedule so I don’t beat myself up if I only get there 1x. Now I’m trying to lose about 15 more and it’s very slow going, but I’m in no rush and know I’ll get there
