I wasn’t prepared for how good this would be. I bought these for my Mom who is diabetic and needs low carbs. I have seen great results with her just from getting great nutrition. This protein met all my criteria for my Mom, especially having a great taste!!!!! Food does make a difference!! I can’t express enough how grateful I am for this nutrition for my Mom.
