Instructions
Beat the egg whites to soft peaks with an electric mixer.
In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and egg yolks together.
Stir the Keto Chow into the butter and egg mixture, then add the water and mix again.
Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the batter.
Heat your waffle iron to medium-high setting. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
Fill the iron with the batter and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions.
The waffle is done when it is dry and crisp on the outside and pulls away easily from the waffle iron.
