Ingredients:
- 2 large egg(s) separated
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter melted
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 serving Irish Cream Keto Chow
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- cooking oil spray for greasing the waffle iron
- 7" Belgian waffle iron
Directions:
- Beat the egg whites to soft peaks with an electric mixer.
- In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and egg yolks together.
- Stir the Keto Chow into the butter and egg mixture, then add the water and mix again.
- Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the batter.
- Heat your waffle iron to medium-high setting. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Fill the iron with the batter and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- The waffle is done when it is dry and crisp on the outside and pulls away easily from the waffle iron.
