(or 2 scoops)

fine almond flour
Instructions
Mash avocado with mixer.
Add eggs and sweetener and combine.
Add melted butter and vanilla and combine.
Add the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Split into two greased mini loaf pans (3x5 1/2).
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Notes
This does sink a little when it’s cooling; be sure it’s done before you pull it out of the oven. Let it cool completely before slicing. You can also substitute almond milk for butter if you prefer.
