Ingredients:
- 1 large avocado soft
- 2 large egg(s)
- 1/2 cup brown erythritol blend
- 1/4 cup salted butter melted
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 servings Banana Keto Chow (or 2 scoops)
- 1 cup fine almond flour
- Loaf Pan
Directions:
- Mash avocado with mixer.
- Add eggs and sweetener and combine.
- Add melted butter and vanilla and combine.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Split into two greased mini loaf pans (3x5 1/2).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
This does sink a little when it’s cooling; be sure it’s done before you pull it out of the oven. Let it cool completely before slicing. You can also substitute almond milk for butter if you prefer.
