Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a muffin tin with silicone baking cups.
Crack the whole eggs into a jug (preferably one with a pouring lip) and whisk well.
Add the Egg White Protein and whisk until the powder is mixed in. Leave to stand for 5]five minutes.
In a bowl, mix the turkey, mushrooms, and chives together well.
Divide turkey mixture evenly between the 12 silicone cups.
Add sea salt, ground black pepper, and sour cream to the jug with the egg mixture and whisk until completely mixed.
Carefully pour the egg mixture evenly over the turkey mixture in the 12 silicone cups.
Bake on the center rack for 30 minutes until the bites are risen, puffy, and pale brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes. They will fall a little.
If not eating immediately, remove from silicone cups and let cool completely before packing in a storage container and placing in the fridge.
