Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 1 oz. Keto Chow Egg White Protein 30 g.
- 5 oz. cooked turkey finely chopped (140 g.)
- 4 oz. mushrooms finely chopped (110 g.)
- 1/2 oz. fresh chives finely chopped (15 g.)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup sour cream
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a muffin tin with silicone baking cups.
- Crack the whole eggs into a jug (preferably one with a pouring lip) and whisk well.
- Add the Egg White Protein and whisk until the powder is mixed in. Leave to stand for 5]five minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the turkey, mushrooms, and chives together well.
- Divide turkey mixture evenly between the 12 silicone cups.
- Add sea salt, ground black pepper, and sour cream to the jug with the egg mixture and whisk until completely mixed.
- Carefully pour the egg mixture evenly over the turkey mixture in the 12 silicone cups.
- Bake on the center rack for 30 minutes until the bites are risen, puffy, and pale brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes. They will fall a little.
- If not eating immediately, remove from silicone cups and let cool completely before packing in a storage container and placing in the fridge.
