In a large mixing bowl, blend together the coffee, sweetener, Keto Chow, and vanilla extract; mix in the mascarpone cheese.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cheese mixture.
Divide among six small serving dishes and sprinkle the top of each with cocoa powder.
Cover the dishes with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Garnish with fresh berries and more whipped cream if desired.
