Ingredients:

  • 6 dessert bowls or wine glasses

Directions:

  • In a large mixing bowl, blend together the coffee, sweetener, Keto Chow, and vanilla extract; mix in the mascarpone cheese.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cheese mixture.
  • Divide among six small serving dishes and sprinkle the top of each with cocoa powder.
  • Cover the dishes with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh berries and more whipped cream if desired.
