Place the grated radish in in a clean kitchen towel or paper towel and squeeze it to remove as much moisture as possible. If the radish is very fresh it will be quite a lot.
Place the radish in a small mixing bowl , and stir in the Keto Chow. Add the cheese, green onion, and black pepper.
Preheat a mini waffle iron and spray with oil.
Add half the batter to the waffle iron to cook. It should take about three minutes. If the waffle feels stuck, let it cook a bit longer until it frees easily. Repeat with the other half of the batter.
