Ingredients:

Biscuits

Gravy

  • 1 lb. breakfast sausage
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 1/2 cups water warm
  • 2 servings Savory Chicken Soup Keto Chow
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions:

  • To make the biscuits, preheat the oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix together almond flour, Keto Chow, and baking powder.
  • 1/2 cup almond flour, 1 serving Savory Chicken Soup Keto Chow, 1 tsp. baking powder
  • Cut in the butter using a pastry cutter or your hands.
  • 2 Tbsp. salted butter
  • Add egg whites and mix until a dough forms. It will be lumpy from the cold butter.
  • 4 large egg whites
  • Form about two-inch rounds and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 17-20 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
  • To make the gravy, cook sausage in a large skillet, breaking up with a spoon. When it is fully cooked, leave the fat in the pan and add the poultry seasoning, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  • Blend the Keto Chow with the warm water and slowly add to the sausage in the pan.
  • Stir and gently scrape some of the cooked bits of sausage deliciousness off the bottom of the pan.
  • Mix in the heavy cream and warm through.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning according to personal preference.
  • Serve over keto biscuits or with a cheese and onion omelet.
