Ingredients:
Donuts
- 1 tablespoon salted butter melted
- 1 ounce cream cheese softened
- 3 ounce mozzarella cheese
- 1 serving Keto Chow flavor of your choice
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoon coconut flour
- 3 large egg(s)
- 1 tablespoon powdered erythritol or swerve
- 1/2 cup water
Glaze
- 1/2 ounce cream cheese softened
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- powdered erythritol
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Only fill molds half way, they will rise quite a lot.
- Microwave for 8 minutes (or less if you want them more moist).
- Glaze and enjoy!
