Ingredients:
- 100 g. coconut oil solidified (or 1 stick softened unsalted butter)
- 1/4 cup granulated erythritol
- 2 eggs at room temp.
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 servings Snickerdoodle Keto Chow (or 2 scoops)
- 1 Tbsp. granulated erythritol
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
- Cream coconut oil or butter with a mixer.
- Add erythritol and eggs and mix well.
- Add baking powder and Keto Chow, mix until combined.
- Mix erythritol and cinnamon together. Grab piece of dough and roll into a ball. Put into the erythritol/cinnamon mixture and roll until covered.
- Add to parchment paper, and bake at 350°F for about 12-15 minutes.
