Homemade Dreamsicles – Orange Cream and Other Flavors

An easy way to enjoy dreamsicles without all the carbs.

Yields:

4 dreamsicles

Ingredients:

  • silicone ice pop molds (with sticks)
  • 1 shaker bottle

Directions:

  • Mix together Keto Chow, heavy cream, and water in a shaker bottle.*
  • Pour into molds, add the popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.**
Orange Cream Popsicles
*My popsicle molds each hold 4 oz. so I made my popsicle to be around 16 oz. to make 4 dreamsicles per serving.
**Dip the frozen forms in warm water to loosen once ready. If you're not eating them immediately, put them in a bag and return to the freezer to store.
