Ingredients:
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 2 oz. unsalted butter softened
- 1 serving Pumpkin Spice Caramel Keto Chow
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 Tbsp. powdered sweetener
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pecans finely ground
Directions:
- Place cream cheese, butter, pumpkin puree, Keto Chow, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Beat with electric mixer until fully combined.
- Scoop out a tablespoon at a time and roll into balls, then roll to coat in the ground pecans.
- Store in fridge or freezer.
