Directions:

  • Place cream cheese, butter, pumpkin puree, Keto Chow, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Beat with electric mixer until fully combined.
  • Scoop out a tablespoon at a time and roll into balls, then roll to coat in the ground pecans.
  • Store in fridge or freezer.
