Ingredients:
- 1 serving Strawberry Keto Chow (or 1 scoop)
- 8 ounces water
- 6 ounces full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 large strawberry chopped
- 1 Blender
Directions:
- Mix the scoop of Keto Chow and the water in a shaker cup and refrigerate at least two hours, preferably overnight.
- To make your smoothie, combine the prepared Keto Chow, coconut milk, ice cubes and strawberry in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
