Ingredients:
- 2 cups hot brewed coffee
- 3 Tbsp. sugar-free white chocolate chips plus extra for garnish
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 serving Raspberry Cheesecake Keto Chow
- 1 Tbsp. freeze dried raspberries plus extra for garnish (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. whipped cream for garnish
- 1 Immersion Blender or milk frother
Directions:
- Pour the hot coffee over the white chocolate chips in a heat resistant container.
- Blend until the white chocolate is melted.
- Add the heavy cream, Keto Chow, and freeze-dried raspberries (if using).
- Blend again until all the Keto Chow is dissolved, and the coffee is creamy and frothy.
- Pour into a large mug and garnish with whipped cream, white chocolate chips, and freeze-dried raspberries (if using).
