Ingredients:
- 1 serving Key Lime Keto Chow
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup frozen strawberries 4 oz.
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. powdered erythritol
- 1 cup lime soda or seltzer
- 1 wedge Lime for garnish
- Blender
Directions:
- Mix Key Lime Keto Chow with almond milk and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Combine Keto Chow mixture, frozen strawberries, sour cream, cream cheese, and erythritol in a blender. Add half of the seltzer water and blend until smooth and creamy. If mixture is too thick, add more seltzer water as needed.
- Pour into a mason jar or large cup and garnish with lime wedge. Enjoy.
