Beef Keto Burritos

Yields:

4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp. avocado oil
  • 6 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 6 oz. onion finely chopped
  • 7 oz. bacon chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • Sea salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 8 8” keto soft tortillas
  • 8 oz. guacamole
  • 4 oz. sour cream
  • 4 oz. shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 2 large jalapeños sliced

Directions:

  • Heat the avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, and bacon. Cook, stirring often, until the onion becomes translucent, about 8 minutes.
  • Add the garlic powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, and dried oregano, season with sea salt and ground black pepper, and mix together.
  • Stir in the ground beef and cook until browned, about 12 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and assemble your burritos. Pile one-eighth ground beef mixture in the center of each soft tortilla and top with guacamole, sour cream, cheeses, and jalapeño. Fold in the edges and roll up tightly.
