Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp. avocado oil
- 6 cloves garlic finely minced
- 6 oz. onion finely chopped
- 7 oz. bacon chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- Sea salt
- Ground black pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 8 8” keto soft tortillas
- 8 oz. guacamole
- 4 oz. sour cream
- 4 oz. shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 2 large jalapeños sliced
Directions:
- Heat the avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, and bacon. Cook, stirring often, until the onion becomes translucent, about 8 minutes.
- Add the garlic powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, and dried oregano, season with sea salt and ground black pepper, and mix together.
- Stir in the ground beef and cook until browned, about 12 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and assemble your burritos. Pile one-eighth ground beef mixture in the center of each soft tortilla and top with guacamole, sour cream, cheeses, and jalapeño. Fold in the edges and roll up tightly.
