Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 2 Tbsp. butter (30 g.)
- 4 Tbsp. cream cheese (60 g.)
- 1 serving Cream of Mushroom Keto Chow
- 1 can mushroom stems and pieces or sliced mushrooms drained (113 g. or 4 oz.)
Directions:
- In a medium saucepan, combine water, butter, and cream cheese over medium heat until butter has completely melted and cream cheese has mostly melted.
- Add the Keto Chow and blend with an immersion blender.
- Add the mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste.
