Ingredients:
- 1 cup special sauce
- 4 oz. dill pickles drained and chopped
- 8 rye chaffles
- 1 lb. sauerkraut drained
- 20 oz. sliced corned beef
- 8 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Mix the special sauce* and dill pickles.
- Rip the rye chaffles into small pieces and spread evenly in a 9” x 13” casserole dish.
- Spread the sauerkraut evenly over the chaffles.
- Spoon the sauce over the sauerkraut.
- Lay corned beef slices over the sauce and top with the Swiss cheese slices.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted into the meat.
