Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. Special Sauce
- 1/2 oz. dill pickles drained and chopped
- 2 rye chaffles
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 oz. corned beef sliced
- 3 oz. sauerkraut drained
Directions:
- Mix the Special Sauce and pickles.
- Spread half the sauce on each of the 2 rye chaffles.
- Top each chaffle with a slice of Swiss cheese.
- Fold the corned beef slices and lay on top of the cheese on one chaffle.
- Pile the drained sauerkraut on top of the corned beef.
- Place the other chaffle onto the sauerkraut to make a sandwich.
- Use toothpicks to hold the sandwiches together.
