Ingredients:
- Mashed potato waffle (recipe here)
- Stuffing chilled (recipe here)
- Cranberry sauce (recipe here)
- Sliced turkey breast
- Sliced cheese optional
- Lettuce optional
- Cream cheese or mayonnaise optional
Directions:
- Spread one side of each waffle with cream cheese or mayonnaise (if using).
- Place lettuce and cheese (if using) on one waffle, then lay stuffing on top.
- Spoon cranberry sauce on top of the stuffing and spread evenly.
- Lay turkey slices over the cranberry sauce.
- Top with the second waffle and use toothpicks to secure.
