Ingredients:
- 2-4 ounces unsalted butter softened, adjust according to your macros
- 1 serving Beef Soup Base Keto Chow (or 1 scoop)
- 14 ounces water hot
- 1 tsp onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- salt to taste
- swiss cheese or Gruyere cheese optional
Directions:
- Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy.
- Garnish with grated Swiss or Gruyere cheese if desired.
- You can combine the dry seasonings with the Keto Chow in advance and take it on the go for work, school, traveling or even camping. Make a larger batch and keep it on hand to use in cooking like you would French onion soup mix.
