Ingredients:
- 14 fluid ounces chicken broth or water
- 1 cup baby spinach or arugula, tender leafy greens such as
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley cilantro, basil, or chives, roughly chopped, loosely packed fresh herbs
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano marjoram, tarragon, or dill, of your favorite optional
- 2 whole green onion white and green parts cleaned and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 serving Savory Chicken Soup Keto Chow (or 1 scoop)
- 2 ounces avocado oil neutral tasting oil
- 2 ounces extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice , apple cider vinegar, or a dash of hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese or Romano cheeseoptional
Directions:
- Bring the broth or water to a simmer in a small sauce pan over medium heat or in a microwave safe container in the microwave
- Add the greens, herbs, salt and pepper to the hot broth.
- Add the Keto Chow and blend with an immersion blender until the greens are completely pureed.
- Add the avocado oil, olive oil and lemon juice or vinegar and blend until emulsified.
- Stir in the cheese (if using) and enjoy.
Yield: approximately 20 ounces
