Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sour cream*
- 8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic crushed or very finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chicken bone broth
- 1 scoop Creamy Tomato Basil Keto Chow
- 4 oz. pepperoni chopped
- 6 oz. mozzarella shredded
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1 pepperoni meat stick sliced (or 1 oz. mini pepperoni)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Place the sour cream, softened cream cheese, dried oregano, crushed garlic, and chicken bone broth in a bowl and beat until combined.**
- Add the Keto Chow and mix.
- Add the chopped pepperoni and shredded mozzarella, and mix.
- Spoon the mixture into a heat resistant baking dish; spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the grated parmesan over the surface of the dip, then add pepperoni meat stick.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until bubbling and the cheese is browned.
*To lower the amount of fat, use low fat cream cheese or sour cream. You can also add only 4 oz. mozzarella.
