Tomato Pepperoni Dip

This pepperoni dip is an explosion of pizza in your mouth, but without all the carbs! Enjoy with keto crisps, celery sticks, baby hotdogs, or keto toast.

Yields:

3 cups

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream*
  • 8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed or very finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chicken bone broth
  • 1 scoop Creamy Tomato Basil Keto Chow
  • 4 oz. pepperoni chopped
  • 6 oz. mozzarella shredded
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 pepperoni meat stick sliced (or 1 oz. mini pepperoni)

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Place the sour cream, softened cream cheese, dried oregano, crushed garlic, and chicken bone broth in a bowl and beat until combined.**
  • Add the Keto Chow and mix.
  • Add the chopped pepperoni and shredded mozzarella, and mix.
  • Spoon the mixture into a heat resistant baking dish; spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle the grated parmesan over the surface of the dip, then add pepperoni meat stick.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, until bubbling and the cheese is browned.
*To lower the amount of fat, use low fat cream cheese or sour cream. You can also add only 4 oz. mozzarella.
**If your cream cheese is not very soft you will find it easier to use a hand mixer or stick blender.
