Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sweetener
- 2 large egg(s)
- 2 servings Chocolate Toffee Keto Chow we also recommend trying Cookies and Cream or Vanilla Keto Chow
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Directions:
- Cream butter and add sweetener and eggs and combine well.
- Add Keto Chow and baking powder and mix together.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop onto parchment paper.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
You can use solid coconut oil in place of butter and add more sweetener for taste (It cuts the salt more). Makes 12. Works well with VANILLA KETO CHOW.
