Ingredients:
- 1 stick unsalted butter softened but not melted
- 1/2 cup creamy unsweetened almond butter
- 1 serving Chocolate Toffee Keto Chow (or Mocha Keto Chow) (or 1 scoop)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon granulated sweetener optional
Directions:
- Blend the butter and almond butter together with an electric mixer or wooden spoon.
- Add the keto chow and cocoa powder and mix until fully blended.
- Taste and add additional sweetener if you want a sweeter fudge.
- Fill silicon candy molds or a small square container with the fudge mixture and place in freezer to chill until firm.
- Pop the fudge pieces out of the silicone candy molds or cut into small pieces if you chilled it in a container.
- Store in an air tight container or plastic bag in the freezer.
