Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. egg white protein
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 1/2 oz. pork panko
- 4 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 Dash Mini Waffle Iron
Directions:
- Preheat your waffle maker by switching on and closing the lid.
- Put the egg white protein, baking powder, onion powder, and pork panko in a bowl and whisk together really well, breaking up any clumps of panko as you whisk.
- Add the eggs and heavy cream and whisk well until mixed.
- Spoon 2 Tbsp. waffle mix onto the center of the lower plate of your mini waffle maker, spread out to the edges and close the lid.
- Cook for 7 minutes, raise the lid and remove the waffle before repeating for the remaining 9 waffles.
