Ingredients:
Chocolate crust
- 1 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp powdered erythritol (Swerve)
- 2-3 Tbsp butter melted
Chocolate pudding filling
- 1 serving Chocolate Keto Chow we also recommend Chocolate Toffee and Chocolate Mint Keto Chow for this recipe
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp powdered erythritol (Swerve)
Directions:
Crust
- Mix almond flour, cocoa and Swerve.
- Add butter and form mixture into a pie pan.
Filling
- With an immersion blender mix all ingredients until thick and pudding-like.
- Add to chocolate crust.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, but preferably 24 hours.
- Add whipped cream if desired.
