Ingredients:

Chocolate crust

Chocolate pudding filling

Directions:

Crust

  • Mix almond flour, cocoa and Swerve.
  • Add butter and form mixture into a pie pan.

Filling

  • With an immersion blender mix all ingredients until thick and pudding-like.
  • Add to chocolate crust.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight, but preferably 24 hours.
  • Add whipped cream if desired.
