Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 serving Peanut Butter Keto Chow
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. brown erythritol blend
- 1 tsp. angostura bitters optional
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- Blender
- freezer pop molds with sticks
Directions:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until the Keto Chow and erythritol are dissolved and the ingredients are well combined.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until set.
