Red, White, and Blue Ice Pops

Ingredients:

Directions:

  • Whisk Vanilla Keto Chow Powder, almond milk, and cream until smooth.
  • Fill the bottom of ice pop molds with blueberries.
  • Cover berries with Keto Chow mixture. Fill molds with strawberries, and cover with remaining Keto Chow mixture.
  • Freeze overnight.
  • Remove ice pops from molds by running under hot water.
