Ingredients:
- 8 tbsp salted butter room temperature
- 1/3 cup brown erythritol blend Lakanto golden monk fruit or any golden erythritol
- 2 egg(s) room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 10-20 drops liquid stevia can substitute liquid Lakanto extract
- 1 serving Salted Caramel Keto Chow (or 1 scoop)
- 3 1/2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Directions:
- Bring eggs and butter to room temperature.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl, cream butter and golden monk fruit until well combined. Add in eggs, vanilla extract and liquid sweetener.
- In a separate bowl, combine coconut flour, Keto Chow, baking powder and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to the butter mixture and combine well. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-13 minutes, until edges begin to brown.
- Allow to cool before handling.
