Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup freshly brewed espresso or strong coffee*
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. Caramel Macchiato Keto Chow
- 2 tsp. sugar-free caramel syrup
- Ground cinnamon or cocoa powder for garnish optional
- milk frother
Directions:
- Heat the almond milk and heavy cream together in a large cup or small saucepan.
- When it’s warm, add the Keto Chow and whip with a frother until light and foamy.
- Place the caramel syrup in the bottom of a coffee mug and pour in the hot espresso or coffee.
- Gently pour the frothed milk over the espresso.
- Dust with cinnamon or cocoa powder if desired.
*Or substitute keto hot chocolate.
