Ingredients:
- 1 serving Orange-Mango Keto Chow
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 1/2 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar-free honey substitute
- 1-2 tsp. fresh lime juice
Directions:
- Mix the Keto Chow with the almond milk and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Place the Keto Chow and almond milk in a blender with the ice, yogurt and honey substitute. Blend until everything is mixed and the texture is like a thick milkshake.
- Taste and add one to two teaspoons of lime juice.
- Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.
