Ingredients:
- 1 serving Pistachio Keto Chow
- 1 1/2 cups water * room temperature
- 1/2 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. coconut butter at room temperature
- 1/4 tsp. pandan extract**
Directions:
- Mix the Keto Chow with the water and chill overnight.
- To make the smoothie, blend the chilled Keto Chow with the yogurt, coconut butter, and pandan extract until smooth.
- Serve in a tall glass and enjoy.
*For a thicker smoothie, add one cup of ice before blending.
