Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 oz. pork panko
- 2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 2 tsp. dried thyme
- 2 Tbsp. Greek yogurt
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 5 oz. Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce
- 4 oz. mozzarella shredded
- 4 oz. cooked chicken chopped into small pieces
- 1 1/2 oz. mushrooms sliced
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Combine the eggs, panko, dried herbs, and Greek yogurt in a bowl. Mix well.
- Place the ground turkey in a large bowl, pour in the egg mixture and mix together with a fork until you have a ball of dough.
- Spoon the turkey mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Spread out evenly into a 12” circle using a spatula.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the top and then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella, chicken pieces, and sliced mushrooms evenly over the top.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Slice once pizza has cooled.
