BBQ Chicken Keto Pizza

Yields:

4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 oz. pork panko
  • 2 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 2 Tbsp. Greek yogurt
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 5 oz. Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce
  • 4 oz. mozzarella shredded
  • 4 oz. cooked chicken chopped into small pieces
  • 1 1/2 oz. mushrooms sliced

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Combine the eggs, panko, dried herbs, and Greek yogurt in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Place the ground turkey in a large bowl, pour in the egg mixture and mix together with a fork until you have a ball of dough.
  • Spoon the turkey mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Spread out evenly into a 12” circle using a spatula.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the top and then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella, chicken pieces, and sliced mushrooms evenly over the top.
  • Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Slice once pizza has cooled.
