Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chicken 24 oz.
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 2 oz.
- 1 serving Savory Chicken Soup Keto Chow
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning blend
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Oil an 18 x 13” baking tray (or line it with parchment paper).
- Mix the chicken, egg, cheese, Keto Chow, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper together in a large mixing bowl.
- Scoop the mixture into 15 portions, about 1 tablespoon each. Roll them between your palms to shape them into balls.*
- Place the shaped meatballs on the tray.
- Place the tray into the center rack of the oven.
- Bake until beginning to brown on the bottom where they are touching the tray, about 20 minutes. They should look set and have an internal temperature of 165°F when tested with an instant read thermometer.
