Directions:

  • Lay a tortilla down and place two-thirds of a cup of shredded lettuce in the middle.
  • Spread one-third of a cup of salsa and guacamole on top of the lettuce.
  • Lay one serving of fried fish on top, fold the sides of the tortilla up and serve.
