Bacon, Lettuce, and Egg Salad Wraps

Yields:

2 wraps (1 serving)

Ingredients:

  • 2 large romaine lettuce leaves washed and dried
  • 2 tsp. mayonnaise
  • 4 pieces cooked bacon
  • 3/4 cup deli style egg salad

Directions:

  • Spread mayonnaise on the lettuce and lay two slices of bacon on each leaf.
  • Spread half the egg salad over the bacon.
